1. Services
Void Store ("we", "us", "our") provides a digital game top-up service. By using our platform you agree to these terms. Our service is available to users in Indonesia aged 13 and older.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information, including your in-game user ID. We are not liable for failed top-ups caused by incorrect information you provide.
3. Orders and Payment
All sales are processed through Midtrans. Payment must be completed within the time shown in the payment window. Orders are not fulfilled until payment is confirmed. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are displayed before checkout.
4. Delivery
Most top-ups are delivered automatically within minutes of payment confirmation. Processing times may vary based on game provider availability. We will notify you by email when delivery is complete.
5. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: if your order cannot be fulfilled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not use our service for fraudulent purposes, to exploit game systems in violation of game publishers' terms, or in any way that would harm other users or our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by game server outages, game publisher restrictions, or events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
