We collect your email address when you create an account. We also collect in-game identifiers (user IDs, server IDs) that you provide when placing orders, and transaction records associated with your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your email to authenticate your account, send order confirmations, and (if necessary) contact you about order issues. We use in-game identifiers solely to fulfill your top-up orders. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by Midtrans. We do not store card numbers or full payment credentials. We receive payment confirmation notifications from Midtrans and store only the payment status and method type for your records.
4. Third-Party Services
We work with DITUSI to fulfill top-up orders. Your in-game identifiers and order details are shared with DITUSI as necessary to process orders. DITUSI's own privacy policy governs their use of this data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and order records for a minimum of 2 years for legal and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; note that order records may be retained for legal compliance.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. No system is 100% secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
